The American Gem Society (AGS) has awarded its inaugural Women in Leadership Scholarship to Amber Rank of Exclusively Diamonds in Mankato, Minnesota.
This initiative by AGS underscores its commitment to fostering the growth and development of future female leaders within the jewelry industry.
Scholarship Benefits and Opportunities
Amber Rank will benefit from a fully funded registration to the AGS 2024 Conclave, scheduled to take place in Austin, Texas, from April 15–17. The scholarship package also includes a $500 gift card, with one of the key features of the scholarship is the opportunity for mentorship. Rank will be paired with an industry leader whose expertise aligns with her professional aspirations and interests, ensuring she receives guidance and insights that are directly relevant to her career progression.

Currently holding the positions of Sales Lead and TUDOR Experience Liaison at Exclusively Diamonds, Rank’s journey in the jewelry sector began in 2020. She has a solid academic background with a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration and Communication from Bethany Lutheran College. Since joining Exclusively Diamonds, Rank has achieved the Certified Sales Associate designation from AGS, marking her commitment to professional excellence in the field.
