White Pine has launched its Partner Jewelry Program, offering retail jewellers a transparent method for sourcing diamond essentials, supporting them in meeting customer demands while managing costs and inventory with flexibility.
Program Details
The Partner Jewelry Program allows jewelers to customize their orders by selecting specific styles, metal types, diamond quality, carat weights, and sizes or lengths.
White Pine then manufactures each style to order, adhering to the retailer’s specifications. Pricing within the program is straightforward: diamonds are priced per carat, gold at the daily spot price, and a fixed labor cost per gram. Additionally, the program offers a six-month payment plan and stock balancing options to help retailers mitigate the risk of unsold inventory.
Transparency and Cost Efficiency
The program has already shown success among the 19 retailers who participated in its pilot phase, enabling them to stock popular items like tennis bracelets, necklaces, hoop earrings, stud earrings, and bezel pendants at reduced costs. The combination of competitive pricing and flexible payment options helps retailers manage their inventory and pricing more effectively.
Benjamin Burne, CEO of White Pine, highlighted the program’s features: “Retailers love the transparency and control this program offers. They can easily calculate costs based on our clear pricing model, choose exactly the styles and materials they want, and save significantly on each piece. This not only boosts their profitability but also strengthens our relationship with them, ensuring we maintain long-term relationships, which is our primary goal.”
Timing for the Holiday Season
The launch of the Partner Jewelry Program comes as retailers prepare for the holiday season. The program allows jewellers to stock up on diamond essentials with the aim of managing their budgets more effectively, supported by White Pine’s inventory of recycled diamond melee, which helps retailers meet seasonal demand.
