To activate your warranty, you must create an account on Ritani’s website within 45 days of your purchase and activate the warranty under the ‘warranty’ section. Additionally, Ritani provides a Lifetime Care Package that includes free lifetime cleaning services at your local Ritani partner retailer, as well as complimentary annual prong tightening, repolishing, and rhodium plating.
What’s covered by Ritani’s warranty?
Ritani’s warranty covers a variety of services to ensure your ring remains in excellent condition. If the prongs holding your diamond become loose, Ritani will tighten them for free. This service is crucial as regular wear can cause prongs to loosen over time, and maintaining tight prongs prevents the loss of stones. What isn’t covered by Ritani’s warranty?
