Pandora returns process


To return an item to Pandora, start by ensuring that it is in unused, original condition, and that you have the original receipt or an electronic receipt. You can return items within 30 days of purchase, either by mail or in-store.


If you are returning by mail, first complete the Return Form that came with your order, specifying the items you’re returning and the reason for the return. Then, pack your items securely along with the form. If you can’t find the form or the prepaid UPS shipping label, contact Pandora Customer Care for assistance. Once your package is ready, attach the prepaid UPS shipping label and drop it off at any UPS location. You won’t be charged for return shipping. After Pandora receives your return and confirms its condition, you’ll receive a confirmation email. Refunds are typically processed within 5 to 7 business days from the date of this email.


For in-store returns, you’ll need to bring the items, along with your packing slip or email invoice, to a Pandora store. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. If you used PayPal to make the purchase, the refund will be provided as a Pandora gift card rather than credited back to your PayPal account. Be aware that certain items, such as engraved pieces, sale or clearance items, and those marked as Last Chance, cannot be returned unless they are damaged or defective.
