What is Grown Brilliance’s warranty policy?

Grown Brilliance offers a Lifetime Manufacturing Warranty on all jewelry, regardless of its price or type. This warranty guarantees that your jewelry will be free from defects in materials or craftsmanship at the time you receive it. It also ensures that the optical properties of lab-grown diamonds—like their clarity and brilliance—will remain intact, with no fading or clouding over time.

This warranty starts on the purchase date and is non-transferable, meaning it only applies to the original purchaser. If you encounter a manufacturing issue with your jewelry, you can contact Grown Brilliance’s Customer Service. They will send you a pre-paid shipping label, making it easy to return the item for inspection. If the defect is covered, they will repair or replace the item and return it to you free of charge. If it is not covered by the warranty, they will provide a quote for the repair. In this case, you’ll be responsible for both the repair fee and the return shipping costs.

If you’re looking for broader coverage, Grown Brilliance also offers Extend Product Protection, a separate plan that covers accidental damage not included in the standard warranty. Depending on the type of jewelry, you can choose from one-year to lifetime coverage. This plan covers things like broken clasps, chipped stones, or even lost diamonds. It also offers refinishing, resizing, and other maintenance services starting 60 days after your purchase.

What’s covered by the Grown Brilliance warranty?

The Lifetime Manufacturing Warranty from Grown Brilliance covers issues related to how the jewelry was made. Specifically, it protects against manufacturing defects and guarantees that lab-grown diamonds will retain their brilliance and clarity over time.

This warranty is focused on ensuring that your jewelry arrives free from defects caused during the manufacturing process. It guarantees the high quality that Grown Brilliance promises with their products.

What isn’t covered by the Grown Brilliance warranty?

There are certain limitations to the warranty, and it’s important to be aware of what is not included. The warranty does not cover general wear and tear, which includes scratches or prongs that wear down over time. Any discoloration from exposure to chemicals or water, like wearing your jewelry in a pool or hot tub, is also excluded.

Additionally, loss or damage to stones caused by trauma, such as prongs loosening and a stone falling out, is not covered. You should also avoid taking your jewelry to other jewelers for repairs, as third-party repairs will void the warranty. Finally, product loss or theft is not part of the warranty, so it’s recommended to insure your jewelry against those risks.

These exclusions generally cover damage that results from everyday wear or accidents rather than faults in the manufacturing process, which are beyond Grown Brilliance’s control.
