What Can Be Resized by Clean Origin<\/h3>

Clean Origin offers one complimentary ring resizing within 100 days of the original shipment date for US customers – available for standard ring styles and including free shipping both ways.<\/p>

To get your ring resized, determine the correct finger size and email resizing@cleanorigin.com with your original order number, the new ring size, and any updated shipping address if it\u2019s different from the original one. Once they receive your email, Clean Origin will send you the necessary paperwork, instructions, and a shipping label within 48 hours. After you send the ring back, they will notify you when they receive it and begin the resizing process, which typically takes about two weeks. You\u2019ll get your ring back in a new jewelry box via FedEx 2-day shipping.<\/p>

For international customers, Clean Origin offer resizing credits up to CA$100 for Canada, AUD$100 for Australia, and GBP\u00a375 for the United Kingdom. You\u2019ll need to email them with your Clean Origin order number and a receipt for the resizing to get reimbursed.<\/p>
