If you\u2019re looking to return something to Mejuri, here\u2019s what you need to know. You have 30 days from when your order was delivered or picked up to start the return process. To qualify, your items must be in their original condition\u2014meaning no signs of wear or damage\u2014and all original packaging, like the box and pouch, must be included.<\/p>

For online purchases, if you have a Mejuri account, log in, go to the My Orders section, find the order, and select Return Items. Follow the instructions provided to get your return shipping label. Once you have your return shipping label, pack up the items in their original packaging and drop them off at a designated location or schedule a pickup. How long does it take for a Mejuri return to be processed?<\/h3>

Once Mejuri receives your return at their warehouse, it typically takes up to seven business days to process. You\u2019ll receive an email confirmation when your refund has been issued.
