What Can Be Resized by Clean Origin
Clean Origin offers one complimentary ring resizing within 100 days of the original shipment date for US customers – available for standard ring styles and including free shipping both ways.
To get your ring resized, determine the correct finger size and email resizing@cleanorigin.com with your original order number, the new ring size, and any updated shipping address if it’s different from the original one. Once they receive your email, Clean Origin will send you the necessary paperwork, instructions, and a shipping label within 48 hours. After you send the ring back, they will notify you when they receive it and begin the resizing process, which typically takes about two weeks. You’ll get your ring back in a new jewelry box via FedEx 2-day shipping.
For international customers, Clean Origin offer resizing credits up to CA$100 for Canada, AUD$100 for Australia, and GBP£75 for the United Kingdom. You’ll need to email them with your Clean Origin order number and a receipt for the resizing to get reimbursed.
What Can’t Be Resized by Clean Origin
Certain ring designs, such as Eternity Bands, cannot be resized after they’ve been crafted. This is because these designs often have a fixed structure that doesn’t allow for resizing without compromising the integrity of the ring. Additionally, some rings may have a limited size range available. These details are clearly marked in the product description, so be sure to check before making your purchase.
Engraved rings can be resized, but please be aware that we cannot guarantee the integrity of the engraving during the resizing process. Therefore, it’s best to ensure the ring is the correct size before engraving it.
Other Things You Should Know About Clean Origin’s Resizing Options
If the ring has been altered or resized by another jeweler, Clean Origin’s resizing service is void, and the ring’s warranty may be affected. If you resize your ring at the time of purchase, any subsequent resizes will be subject to fees.
Clean Origin aims to make the resizing process as smooth as possible, but iof there’s a delay for any reason, they will notify you immediately with an updated expected shipment date. When you send your ring back for resizing, Clean Origin will return it in a new jewelry box. The original box you used for the return will not be sent back to you.
